Dang man, when I was first lookin at it, I was like that dont look like his gun, but then when you finished it off, all I could think was \'How did I not see it in the beginning?\'

That paint job and weathering work is phenominal man, just out of this world. Amazing work.

love the last pic kinda like everyday Boba pics
great job

Thanks again guys!! I am still real pleased myself, after the night test LOL!! Sounds corny, but if I wanna check it out before I go to bed, I know it\'s a keeper.
It did have to go a long ways Creeper, I know how you could see that, took a lot of imagination to see how it should look in the end, from how it started.
HAHAHAHAHA! Fett kickin back at home, I like that!

Amazing job, Travis! I think that strap looks a little too clean and new for the gun, though. Of course, I have not studied it for accuracy, lol. But that gun looks great - especially displayed with your helmet!

Boba Fett Blaster - Last_of_the_Brunnen-G - 02-08-2006

Woah, thats cool. You\'ll be all the rage at Star Wars conventions. How long did that take you to complete?

Boba Fett Blaster - travsall - 02-08-2006

I was thinking I should add some weathering to the sling, probably will eventually, little sanding and paint. Thanks again!! The blaster I figure was around 10 hours to do, not all at once, over a couple weeks, so not bad at all. The helmet though, I\'d say real close to around 20 hours, over 4 or 5 days. And got a few more to put into it too, doing a full interior for it.

Boba Fett Blaster - Last_of_the_Brunnen-G - 02-08-2006

Well, man. There\'s no question you are talented at that. I\'d try it doing some work like that on masks, models, and figures, but I\'m such a perfectionist I\'d freak when I messed up on my first attempt and I dont want to have to go and buy seconds.

Looks awesome man! Love the lid

I am looking a getting a full vader suit..what do you think of this? Looks nice, but seems too cheap.

Thanks again Brunnen! LOL!! That\'s where mask collecting has come in handy, I swear, the waiting for stuff to come in, has made me the most patient man on earth LOL! And stuff does happen when working on things like this, very rare the time you don\'t have to correct at least a couple things. It\'s all basically trial and error, you learn by your mistakes, and hope they aren\'t so bad what you\'re working on is a write off! And I\'m a real perfectionist too, extreamly anal, so I\'ll spend way more time then needed on the tinyest detail until it\'s exactly how I want. And then sometimes I\'m still not happy. The good part about making weathered props, they\'re supposed to look rough!

I\'ve seen that Vader helmet before, looks like a recast DP delux, not terrible at all. Maybe it\'s the pictures, but the dome looks a tad off to me, the widows peek should be flat and straigh, and it looks like it dips up a tiny bit. The armor, I\'m thinking is cast from GT, nice stuff, used by most of the 501st, but not 100% accurate, if you\'re a real nut. I think, why that is so cheap, it\'s from Spain, the shipping price on all that fiberglass from Spain, makes me shudder LOL!
