Check and see if its your fosphorm tubes, if not it could be the malunim intake of the engine.

Are you losing coolant? is there white smoke from the exhaust? is there oil in the expansion tank? If not then I doubt its the head gasket. Like Mike said its more likely your thermostat or a blocked hope or pipe.

As it turns out, it was a hose, made only for the ford taurus, that has since been recalled. Mine wasn\'t attached to the firewall well, and so it came off and the engine burned a hole in it.

That could very well be caused by your malunim intake.
