Yes, the freddy vs. jason Hockey Mask is a recast.
It was ok becasue they used it for a film not to mass market it to sell it cheaper and not ask the person that originally made it.
LOL and Sean produced F V. J, not to mention New Line owns the rights to friday the 13th. :thumbsup:

if you just wanted for yourself, why recast if you already had one? plus it would be expensive, probably be cheaper and easyer to buy another one. personally i wouldnt recast anything just to be on the safe side.

Every one has a price. No need to recast shit, when you could just call up that maker and offer some $$$$.$$ to just buy the Molds as well as the rights. That\'s what I\'d do. There is NO excuse for someone to recast another\'s work without the proper permissions. Bill should have contacted Terry as soon as he decided to recast a SD78. He claimed he got a mold from someone else. I find that to be BS. He\'s covering up because he KNOWS he Fu&*ed up, and now he\'s got to pay. If you ask me, He owes T some cash for the ones he\'s sold on eBay. He sold some, back when the pics were real dark, because he was trying to shade what the mask really was. Just my 2...
