Bob still comes to the boards and you can see that he\'s still around . i would be scared if i didn\'t see him around any site for months and stops talking to everyone but he doesn\'t do that like some people i\'ve heard about . mike, so just chill and you\'ll get what you paid for . And the fact people see him around posting new sculpts, showing finished masks, and cranking out more ebay auctions/selling off finished copies of items pisses them off more, because he is clearly online yet simply will not give them a little notice on there order. People don\'t hassle Justin on a public forum because when they ask for an update he gives them one. If you want quality, you will have to wait. That is one thing I have learned in this little collection hobby of ours. Now, Bob is going through personal stuff right now. And I hope I did\'nt cross the line in telling this, but this may be the cause of any delay. This is the first I have ever heard of someone complaining about Bob or his work. I hope that you don\'t quit the business over customer complaints. That is what you get in the service industry. When one deals with customers, one deals with complaints. Bob, I love ya and your work. It is my hope that you take a break and then come back. Now, as far as quoted time frames, i always take them half heartedly. As great as it would be to have a new, hand made mask in 4-6 weeks, we should all know better than that. It takes what it takes. Bob is a professional so im sure he has a lot of orders but he is not going to rip anyone off. As others have said, you can see him here on the boards and his site, he not going anywhere or hiding. Just relax guys, im sure Bob will make good and come through for all of you.
