I want to thank all of you who have contributed from the bottom of my heart. I spoke to Nicole last night and she is so happy that you\'ve all helped her.
With her permission I made up a shirt design using her own artwork to try and raise awareness of this illness as well as raise money for her surgery.
100% of the money made off of these shirts will be donated directly to Nicole\'s transplant fund.
