Hot Topic stores have them. I have even seen them recently in Ohio. $20-$30 range. I almost picked one up to wear for regular every day wear! They are usually a seasonal thing though, so don\'t be surprised if you can\'t find them \'til the fall. Also check their website. Hope my 2 cents helps!

About the sweaters, you can get a part 5 (very accurate) at davidmillarcreations for $199 (including shipping). Expensive, but worth it in the long run I think. You can also get one at buycostumes.com for $23.99 (plus shipping), but I\'m not sure if it\'s actually a SWEATER.

If you go with David Miller creations get the clean version and weather it yourself. The clean ones are $125 with shipping I believe. The preweathered ones do not look that great, a friend of mine got one and the weathering could be a lot better for the extra money they charge.
