Sure is, along with Guyver: Dark Hero. Screaming Mad George and Steve Wang did the Special Effects for Guyver, then Steve Wang went along to do the sequel, starring David Hayet aka Solid Snake. Both are pretty cool flicks, but the anime and the manga are by far my favorite.
