Thats really cool someone would do that for you, but it wouldnt teach this guy a lesson, that really sucks that you were patient, trusted the guy and didnt report a claim before the 45 days was up and he just burns you, its like this guy played you until the 45 days were up and then decided he was in the clear now, i hope he wont be allowed to post sale items on this forum, he shouldnt be given the chance to do it again, and i hope he is reading these comments, you got a great rep darrin and for someone to do this to you really pisses me off, you know i once got paypal to split the loss with me but i really made a big deal about it, and called them everyday for two weeks, but it was worth it to at least get half my money back, they tried using the rules stated about the time limits but i just didnt quit, i guess they wanted me to leave em alone finally!!!!

If you asked for confirmation, and this guy clearly didn't get it for you, then there's no arguement. His fault completely!Not just that, but he doesn't even have the reciept to back himself up. If he had that, he could at least show a package was sent to your address.I always keep the reciepts and tracking codes for things I ship until the person says they delievered it.Good luck Rusty.
