Cropsymaniac? - JDF - 07-21-2007 Just speaking from my XP, didn't mean to offend. I never had much luck with .060. And yes they are a good deal, just giving my opinion.Jeff- Cropsymaniac? - PREMATURE INKER - 07-21-2007 oh no I am not offended..I have heard of .60 being flimsy as well..I also heard styrene is worse!!!...no problem.and considering Ken Tarallo sells these for more than 25.00 a peice..i figure mine were a good deal.J. Cropsymaniac? - imperialhockmaster - 07-21-2007 A great deal indeed, i myself prefer .125 wich is a lot harder to screw up and can take alot of abuse, but for the price of those blanks and the qaulity look, they are allready drilled and trimmed, if i didnt allready make my own i would be all over it! They would be great for anyone trying to see what there abilitys are in bringing some hockey masks to life, and i agree .60 does look nice on an undermask, i did a few of these not to long ago and they are much sharper looking then the thicker.125 that i use, and with enough paint and clear they turn out ok, anyone with a good painting hand and feel for jason could pick these up and make a whole set to display and sell a few and get there money back, i dont think you will have a problem making some chuck on these!!!! Cropsymaniac? - PREMATURE INKER - 07-21-2007 thanks dood!!J. |
