Goaliehack makes a good point. At least he is trying to get orders out, can't say the same about some of the other mask makers in the past.

Well thank you for your two cents but frankly I don't care what your assesment of the situation is...bottom line is there are lots of us who paid for a product and did not receive it. I don't give a rats ass if he's shipped a few. Hes told several lies about the status of orders and given false promises........makes him a liar in my book. And I'm not venting on you...you'd know if I was.......................Larry

Other people getting their stuff is no indicator at all that you'll get yours.

Larry, or Knewby, I don't know which one you prefer. I am just trying to add a little food for thought, and a little bit of productive thinking to the thread. I am saying he is hopefully a good guy who got a little off his footing, who will fullfill orders. By your thought process, you are saying he is a piece of shit con-man, and in that right what would the chances of him actually filling in order be? Sure, I may not be being a realist when it comes to this, but it sure beats making a post nearly verbatim of yours and making 3 pages of repetive posts. I agree on the fact that lack of communication is a big down slash on hopes of fullfilling orders, but the way I was raised its always best to hope for the best. I respect your opinion, even though I don't know you, and I would appriciate you doing the same. Also, please spare me the bit of "you'll know when I am venting". Its the internet bud, with the exclusion of exclamations or aa angry smily graphic I can't tell shit about your emotion. lol. Later, Steve

I think he only shipped a couple out to relieve some tension for a short while, and then after it gets worse and worse, he'll ship a couple more out. Then, towards the end, he won't ship any out because after only a couple people are waiting, no one else will care about those people, or try to help. Terrible thing to think about, Shane used to be a cool guy.There's 35 pages of complaints about Shane, I don't think theres too much hope. He hangs up on his customers, doesn't answer emails or calls, his answering machine is blocked because it's "full," and he only shipped a couple Octobers out. After seeing that thread, he still hesitates to reply.Good luck.

Let me tell ya something tho..I like shayne and he was the first person I met in this hobby around 2000 or so. So a long time...Now, when he told me he took 40 orders and all that money, I KNEW right away he couldn\'t live up to the orders. He just isn\'t responsible enough and he took that money, had a LOT of fun, and simply procrastinated. I almost ordered a Oct78 but I just couldn\'t do it because of the feeling I had. I only shared this with a few people but I definitely predicted this whole thing...Shayne saw number signs and worried about the orders later...he messed up big time
