Well, beating up a USPS worker is a federal offense, so I wouldn't go that route, lol. But, I have a bad temper and I would have been tempted to in your case. The people that work here have no idea how to do their jobs either. Total retards all around at the post office here.

BArzo, to be quite honest with you, UPS isn't much better. I had a 12" Leatherface from McFarlane that was supposed to come to me on a Monday and they came when I wasn't here. Naturally, they needed a signature. They didn't leave a note they had come out. The only reason I knew is because I called UPS to find where it was. So they were going to come the next day but I knew I wouldn't be able to sign for it then either because I go to school when they would have delivered it so I just arranged to pick it up the next day. I go out of my way to come down there and get it and the guy searches the computer and come to find out, they didn't unload it from the truck. So it was out for delivery while I was at UPS. The guy asked for the drop off notice and I said I didn't get one and all I got was a sorry. So he sent me back home to wait on them and they messed around so much. They had like 2 people call and say they didn't know where their driver was but that it would be out SOMETIME that day. So I had to stay awake (I work third shift so that's why I needed to pick it up because I'd either be sleeping or at school and after three times they'd send it back to the person from Ebay and I didn't want that), miss class and just be all around angry with them. The best part was, when it arrived...they didn't even ask for a signature <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/verymad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":verymad:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"verymad.gif\" /> Words of advice: Use FedEx. They are fast and the packages arrive in great condition.

i worked in customer service for many many years. There are just those times when you have been dealing with idiotic questions all day long, whiny ass kids, and just plain mean ass people that sometimes you want to snap.....but........you do not snap....that is what customer service is about....if you cannot handle the job....then you do not need to be working there.Tommybut its a federal job. That means great benefits, pretty damn good pay, and all the flipping holidays off that you could imagine...
