Freddy Glove Blade Poll. - adee - 07-19-2008 The actual gloves were thin, filleting knife blades so I guess thinner is more accurate. but then they did break one while filming so for durability I'd have to say thick. If it's to go on a display then thin, to wear then thick. If you're doing something that can damage the blades, then you're using it for something it was not intended to be used for. Freddy Glove Blade Poll. - adee - 07-20-2008 i'd go thin then... Freddy Glove Blade Poll. - liquidaluminum - 07-20-2008 Blades are where I think that most glove makers end up screwing up. You have to remember these things are supposed to be knives...not something that he cut out of a sheet of steal and made into blades. The original gloves used Filet knives...they are thin and polished. The only glove in the series that didn't actually use thin knives was the FvJ glove. |
