Do them all individually by hand, via dremel. Different parts require different sizes, and the mask holes are different sizes within each part. Study your reference and dremel away.

It may work w/ a dremel, but I can't really recommend it. I suggest just getting a drill (you'll use it around the house anyway). I have a 12v black & decker which only cost about $50. You don't need anything fancy really unless you're doing heavy duty work - then get a Ryobi or Dewalt.BTW, I drill the holes different for each part w/ the unibit.3 & 4 - 9th notch down5 - 8th notch6 - 8th notch7 - 7th notch8 - 8th notchAt least that's what I can remember from here... it's all preference though, but those have given me pretty accurate results.

I, too, use the cone bit, but if you use them make sure you drill from the back of the mask. While it drills nice holes, if you drill from the front youll have a small spiral indention and that can look a bit tacky.Drill from the back and it will look perfect.
