There's still a lot out there, most just make them privately and offer to a small amount of people (i.e. forums) and make a limited quantity. There are WAY too many Hockey Mask makers since blanks have been easy to get. Good bust/latex/silicone mask makers are plentiful, as plentiful as it should be... you just have to keep your ears and eyes open.
