I had no idea about this place, pretty messed up. I guess the city just does not know how to properly clean it up so it just sits as is with the city growing around it? Its crazy to think of all the forensic and investigative efforts put forth when human remains are found elsewhere, and then this place has human remains laying around in the middle of the city and nothing is done. I guess it makes a big difference if there was a potential crime or not.

Be a good place to dispose of a body if you were so inclined... You might need to dip it in acid first though to remove the flesh...
