that\'s the exact reason I wanted to make this sculpture. I haven\'t actually been creeped out by a movie in a long, long, time. But The Grudge definetely creeped me out the first time I saw it.
Psychos with hockey masks? Pshhhh. Ghosts that stalk you anywhere? Even your own bed? *shudder* and the noise she makes? and the look on her face?? *shudder*

one question as long as I\'m getting some responses. I\'ve had to stop and start over a couple times because of the angle of the sculpture. So here\'s my question. Would it be better as a face/head mask that hugs the jawline and doesn\'t have a neck? So that someone wearing it could move and tilt thier head without looking silly? Or make it with a neck and slight shoulders with her head tilted back? The problem is the lowered jaw. With a normal \'front and center\' mask, the lowered jaw looks a little funny, it doesn\'t have that \'creep\' factor I\'m looking for. She always kind of has her head angled back on her neck in the movie. Personally I want to make it like a display piece, uncut, head tilted back. But I don\'t know how wearable that would be unless someone was actually crawling with it.
I don\'t know, having a hard time making up my mind. I\'m thinking with a neck, head tilted back, eyes looking down. The positioning of her skull has provided the largest challenge so far.
what do you guys think?

I say go for the bust, not alot of straight men will want to dress as an asian woman for halloween, and not alot of women poking round these parts.
Then again there has been a large wave of repetitive homo-erotic humour lately so maybe I\'m wrong.

yeah, that\'s my dilemma, that\'s why I keep taking clay off and starting over. Personally I don\'t even wear masks, *\'cept myers, lol* so I want it as a creepy looking display piece. But I know a couple people have told me they plan on wearing it, so I\'m torn. Maybe I\'ll sculpture it with neck and shoulders, and if someone wants to wear it they can cut the neck off?
