Why does anyone care if it breaks easily or not? It\'s just a for display. Unless some of you are planning to have a shoot-out with the police. I heard the ones in the movie were actually pretty thin.

Adam and I have talked about doing some Otis masks out of ABS...I\'d just have to find time to make a positive mold and such...they\'d be awesome with some decently thick abs and a good paintjob...that one in the pic looks great, but I\'m one of those people who would worry about the resin tearing up...if anyone has any thoughts on making them out of ABS or ideas just let me know.

You could also use thin sheet metal and a plasma cutter. I have an uncle who does welding and metal work for a living would could probably make one out of metal. He\'s a big time Christian though, so the upside down cross probably wouldn\'t fly well with him. Of course, he doesn;t have to paint it or know anyhting about that aspect of it.

Well the one in the film was 22 gauge sheet metal and they just beefed up the edges to make it look as if the whole thing was thick.Abs would be cool to use aswell.......
