OK, I\'m kinds new to the glove thing. What\'s a hero glove?

The "hero gloves" are the gloves that are made with real copper plates and steel blades. They are the gloves used whenever a close up shot is desired (for film/publicity photos) or when the glove has to actually function in a scene without falling apart. The "regular" gloves are made of plastic and generally used when close proximity to the actors is required (safety issues). They look pretty close to the hero gloves.
In FvJ, there were six hero gloves and six plastic gloves used for production.
One of the give-a-ways (in FvJ at least) is that the plastic gloves have no solder line at all where the blades connect to the copper fingertips.
Oh yeah...I\'m obsessed with Freddy gloves.

Well I always thought the Hero gloves were just more heavy duty versions of the regulars. I suppose it will be a regular/hero since it will have stainless steel blades and copper fingers/backplate. I\'ll just be using brass fasteners to hold it together since I can never get the hang of those damn little quicky rivet thingies.

Actually jason8844 it is black acrylic paint whiped off with a napkin. Works like a charm!
