No its not a guide.. you can still make a solder spill right down the side of the copper.. the flux.. is just a chemical reaction used to bond to metals together..


this was one of my best gloves... note the clean strip of solder...

Now.. the glove no were is screen accurate.. but i like it..

thanks.. sicnce then the glove has aged.. the clean areas around the solder are gone,.. thats were the acid in the flux striped the oxidation...i still have accurate pt1 templates me and pugsly desingned... although we have yet to ever finish 1 glove from the new templates... no time i guess.. i may try to finish it one day.. i work at a metal fabrication company(thats my trade.. metal fabrication/welding).. they have some very potent liquid flux for silver bearing solders.. i need to get a lil bit and try it out on a glove...
