Nope JV...nothing else but the cash. I actually thought of grabbing my Anders glove off the entertainment center for a split second because it was right by my head when I noticed the gun. But a loud voice in my head just kept saying "Don\'t do it" so I listened. Heh, could you imagine those headlines? The black guy actually made a point to tell me that they "just want money, that they weren\'t going to take anything else." I heard the white guy go...."I could use a PS2" And the black dude goes "you ain\'t gettin\' shit!"

This truly is a bizarre story. Sorry to hear about your loss. What type of neighborhood do you live in? Upclass? Low income? The Sticks?
As a former detective, the first thing that I would wonder, is who knew that you had 6 G\'s in your house. Most people keep that type of wad in a bank. Obviously, you didn\'t know the black guy, but maybe they know someone you know. Criminals aren\'t as stupid as the common citizen makes them out to be....they plan, research, plot, and execute. They probably weren\'t going house to house that night. They quite possibly sought you out.

someone broke into my neighbor\'s apartment with a screwdriver during the day, I think I was home when it happened and I live right across the hall... scary shit. A gun may make me think twice, but if someone breaks into my place with a screwdriver they are going to get carved up like a thanksgiving dinner and a screwdriver shoved up their ass.

hi...how would these people know what you had and if it would even be of any interest to them...did you maybe play online with someone and talk about anything and where you were at? is there a way to contact the individual who maintains the server and try to get records of connections or who played on the game? The police will NOT do any real detective work...especially if it is internet related...you need to think back and remember who you spoke to on that game and get into contact with the person who runs that site to find out any other info...
btw...i am SO very sorry it happened to you.
