I've done business with Bill a number of times now and he has been awsome to deal with.even going out his way to adjust his products to different materials to help lower shipping cost to me in the uk.He also went out the way to produce me a full R Englund 1:1 cast and got me a brilliant price on shipping that so he will always go out his way for customes so long as he has the time to do so. I believe that he will do right by you and has simply asked to leave the paypal complaint simply to have one less thing to deal with as he is very busy. I last mailed him a few weeks ago about some more life casts and he asked me to chase him up a little later as he was going to be away working so this does just sound like an isolated case which unfortunatley has fell onto you <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":confused:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" /> Leave the claim in if you must but I'd back the guy 100% from the deals I've had with him in the past

I agree- do NOT dismiss the claim until you get the new one. It doesn't matter what kind of guy he is, perhaps what if the new one gets lost in mail? Then you have no way of claiming that you never received it.It should not cost him anything to make a new one as he should have the supplies at hand, just about 10 bucks to ship.

Update: The paypal dispute was decided in my favor and I received a full refund. Bill never responded to the paypal dispute and I never sent the mask back. Best option seems to be to contact him and say you wanna make things right. Offer to send back the mask on his dollar, or offer to send proof of it's destruction if he'd prefer. and if you want another one, offer to buy another one. He'll possibly just reshape the same mask and send it back, but who cares.. you'll be getting the mask you wanted, and he'll be getting paid for it. Suckface is right, if you sell or keep that mask, you've just defrauded paypal and the seller. You got your money and kept the item, any seller's worst nightmare unless you work it out.Of course, it's his fault for all of this, but regardless, he hasn't intended to give you a mask for free, despite quality issues. I'd suggest that with what folks are saying about dealing with him, that he'd be good for a higher quality one if you sent that back to him and bought another one. Assuming he isn't "gunshy" regarding future paypal deallings with you.

I honesty wouldnt care to much.He tried to do everything with Bill and got nowhere. The mask is already distroyed, its not like hes getting a free good mask.I be happy with how things worked out being that Bill wasnt trying to get thing resolved any quicker. Id feel differnt if he was acually trying to work with you but since hes not, Id feel free to do what ever the h*ll Id want. As far as doing business with him agian, I dont think that will happen agian so enjoy

I told Bill I would be happy to send the mask back and even offered to pay the shipping cost. My only thing was I wanted to communicate through paypal so they would know what was going on. I told Bill this a few times, but he never responded to the paypal dispute. Maybe he was to busy w/ work I don't know? I just don't have time to be following up on something when the other party doesn't respond properly. If he wants the mask back he can have it, to me its worthless.
