Acrylic paint comes in cylindrical containers you can get it at any craft store or the craft section of a department store.
I\'d use an airbrush to put down the triangles, if you don\'t have one don\'t use a brush stipple on a good couple layers with a soft sponge then lightly sand down the gritty texture while they\'re still taped.
