Worst Friday - Cryptoys.com - 10-28-2005
I personally think 8 is the best one. I dig the look and I like the NY scenes especially with the punks. 8 to me is the first time the movies become self aware like the goalie mask scene and J turning around. They know when they\'re making them that they are cheese and I like that they acknowledge it.
7 is also a fave because I like the battle scenes and Bernie gets killed.
The Worst GTH because as stated before not enough J. Although when I saw worst it\'s still better to me than most flicks. I also liked X and Hellraiser Bloodlines, I know the space thing is stupid but I enjoyed them for action etc. Jason

Im a firm believer that anything after new blood is the "what if" series of jason, due to the sheer lack of continuity, and overflowing absurdity. "What if Jason took Manhattan?", "What if Jason went to hell?" "What if Jason was an astronaut? see what i mean? As for the worst of the series my oppinion it goes like this from worst to best......

Thats basicaly how I see it Jason X and Manhattan are pure gooey shit
stains in the underwear of the series. "Jason goes to hell", for the sheer lack of jason, and the whole stupud supernatiral aspect, and some of the worst writing ever!!!!......granted lets not go nuts, none of these movies would have ever won an Academy Award for any catigory what so ever, but... still...... you can\'t help but love it, its like the shumacher versions of BATMAN---they don\'t hold a torch to the Elfman\Burton BATS....... I know everyone agrees that "BATMAN and ROBIN" was just a big fucking homo-erotic gay pride rotten tomato......neon spandex and rubber nipple batsuits.... yeeesssshhhhhhh!!!!!......but I digress..... hahah...

remember that girl from part 8 was on crystal meth or some shit when jason turned into a little boy..FAR OUT MAN!!!!
any movie from the eighties sucked, so parts 1-8 can be excused.
but there is NO EXCUSE for parts 9 and X
and I guess you can\'t really call jason vs freddy a friday the 13th movie
it wasn\'t friday the 13th part 11
so yeah parts 9 and X are the worst

JGTH was terrible, although Jasons look was awesome. X was a cool idea until he turned into the uber jason, so cheesy. Although many will disagree I thought the vs. movie was awesome. My fav would have to be 3 and 7, prt 7 has the best look.

IMO i enjoy them all, i\'ve been a f13 fan since i was 5 years old and no matter hwat i like em, now if they made a f13 simliar to how TCM next generation was made, that might not go so well in my book..

call me a dick but i like them all jgth is one of my faves 5/8 get bashed so much they are my faves over the orig. i even have a small liking to jason x in part especially pre-uber
