From the pic you posted... I believe your kidneys are lower down your back... you probably just really pulled a muscle bad dood!!! Ive done it before where I couldnt do anything and it stuck around for a week or so... it sucked... If I took a deep breath Id wind myself... couldnt do anything!!! Youll be ok dood!

ice the first two days it is hurts
then heat until it is better

try laying on the ground like larry bird used to do during games
on your stomach with your back arched resting on your elbows
this position also allows you to appy heat and ice
also try laying on your back and pulling your knees into your chest
hold this position with your arms wrapped around your knees
a slight rocking motion will massage the back increasing blood flow
walking and excercise will also help more than you would expect
do not do any excessive stretching, moving, or lifting
mind your posture while you are at the computer, don\'t slouch
respect your elders
donate blood
take a child fishing
rescue a dog from the shelter
donate used clothes and blankets to the homeless

Actually I am speaking from experience. It\'s amazing what you\'ll do for a dare and $20 when you\'re in 7th grade. I don\'t think I\'ve ever cried so hard... it was about equivalent to rubbing my eyes after eating a freshly picked habenero pepper.
