Lets hope the other guy stays in jail. [ If it was here in Canada he would go to jail for a week and then be let out with his drivers license in hand. ]

Well the driver of the other car dosent even speak english, he's mexican.....so he'll end up getting a week in jail and get let out. He'll get whats comming to him, Went to see my brother in Fairfax again today, he's no doing too good, he's loaded up on drugs but he still is hurting, He lays there in his bed and cries. He wont even talk. My mom is so soar right now she is in a wheel-chair. I really feel bad for my brother. only 9 years old and he has to go through all this. He's not gonna be able to trick-or-treat either. Which every kid looks foward to all-year. well hopefully he'll recover soon. We need to buy a tank
