Look 100% better but I think you overstuffed him a tad.. Need to do something with the hands as well. I know mannaquins have limited poses but the pose could use some work as well. Good improvement though, your on the right track. Maybe though a belt on his waist to seperate the coveralls and make it look like there seperte peices.
