Manhattan Part 8 Costume - BELLAMY - 07-21-2008 Lol........I just used it this morning!... made my shirt feel like a piece of cardboard!I sprayed it down with my hose... I like mod podge a as cheap alternative to perma wet, although it is better for spot wetting than full wetting. I used a light coat mix with water and it looks great. Although I am not sure how well it will show up on camera as I have a low-end camera and very dim lighting, and is very tough to see weathering, especially wet spots. I also have used fabric glue successfully.
