This has to be a 2 person operation. Here are the emails from this week.
First me -That realy pisses me off. And you are a very good person for doing this. I feel like flying out there and kicking the piss out of that guy. One thing you can do is go to UPS and do it as a COD and I can pay for the shipping . please tell me you also got the hockey mask I sent with it ? Do you have my address ?

I would like to know the status on my property.
Item was mentioned to be shipped Monday. I will take legal action If I do not recieve the item in question in a resonable time manner. You are holding onto stolen merchandise.
She responds
I told you it would be shipped out some time this week. It will be sent out to you tomorrow, as for police, that is YOUR choice but I WILL hand it over to them and good luck on getting it back because it will be used as evidence. I don\'t have the patience for this filth larn flarm filth, as I am having to move out and am dealing with my own issues now that Dave is gone. Think past yourself and appreciate that I told you I would send it out. You will pay for it COD and if it can be done by mail it will be, if not, by UPS. Oh, BTW....your welcome

You said Monday and this week is now over. Sorry you dont understand the severity of the situation. I am thankfull. I just need responses to my emails. And I look forward to getting my property back

I have been ripped off 4 or 5 times now. Not on NIGHTOWL but from makers and ebay.
It socks but you learn in this hobby.

Sorry you got F\'ed, dude. If there is a way to take legal action, I would take it against BOTH of them. They are going to continue doing this until they are stopped. Oh, and ignore her threats that your stuff will be unobtainable by you if you do inform authorities. You won\'t get it back if you don\'t, anyway! Her \"I don\'t have the money to feed my kid or whatever\" crap is HER problem, not yours. Get a second job if you can\'t feed your kid. Good parents find ways to provide. If, indeed, that is the truth(which I doubt).

We both got burned on this, Jon. The only advantage I have is that I have not sent the S.T.A.R.S. Nemesis mask out to them. And I won\'t unless I get my masks back. I will just take the mask back from Mike and either keep it or sell it on the board and cut my losses. I just want to get past this, because it\'s ruining our holidays. I hope you get your masks back, because this situation needs to end. I mean we spent too long creating these masks to have them used in scams like this. I\'m still going to give her the benefeit of a doubt that she\'s sincere in wanting to send them, but only time will tell on that I\'m afraid. All I know is that I am no longer doing any trades anymore unless they\'re reputable members of our community, or if I receive first. I\'ve been here for a good while and I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good people on this board, and I\'m not going to let something like this deter me from trusting anyone, but just to be more careful. Lesson learned here.

Nice! Just got off the phone with my Lawyer and she said I have a good case and enough evidence to take this further.
