New: Freddy Silicone Mask - ahellborn - 07-31-2008 well here it is, it looks pretty good but im not super impressed with the paint job. im asking if there is something more we can do but here is the pics.[attachment=27499:freddy_comp.jpg] New: Freddy Silicone Mask - ahellborn - 07-31-2008 i did a little photo editing and this looks a little better, mabie he can do somehting similar.[attachment=27500:freddy_edit.jpg] New: Freddy Silicone Mask - goodoletime - 07-31-2008 Darker would be better. I love the way the burn marks look. For as fast as they did this it came out looking very nice!! New: Freddy Silicone Mask - JigSaw - 07-31-2008 I think the paint job looks great, but you don't seem to happy with it haha.I'd go ahead and watch part 3 again before you decide it's not so great...Oh well, best of luck!...and a bit more shine might be nicer. New: Freddy Silicone Mask - JigSaw - 07-31-2008 I'd get it painted like this:<img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g5/Martoch/ANOES%203/fred11.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /> New: Freddy Silicone Mask - ahellborn - 08-01-2008 i see that, hopefully he can add a little shine. i said not as dark as i made it but i still think it needs a little detail. movies get lights and cameras, but the masks we wear get whatever is tossed at us and visible to everyone. so i like detail <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" /> New: Freddy Silicone Mask - Devilstar2k2 - 08-01-2008 I've been looking over these forums for a while now, and it seems that some people add way too much red. Reddish highlights are okay, imo. Just not too much. I do like his paint up as pictured though. Also, I'd get him to photograph it in daylight before you give the final okay. Pictures can be tricky sometimes. The first one looks like the light paint up that Christian uses. I think it needs way more darker red in the burns like you made in the photo, that really creates a strong contrast and compliments the rest of the skin. It still looks good, but the darker red burns really make it look better. One example, my DMC 5, perfect! Man I wish that was a silicone. New: Freddy Silicone Mask - SRF - 08-01-2008 The paint job reminds me of the mass produced Freddy masks they sell at the store.I think the color is perfect, all you need to do is add a nice burn effect and everything will blend right in.Trust me, before doing a complete paint job do the burns first and then look at it. New: Freddy Silicone Mask - ahellborn - 08-01-2008 hey here it is, thanks for the tips and help but im pretty happy with this paintup. ill have him ship it out and when i get home ill post lots of pics. but till then let me know what you think <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />[attachment=27520:freddy_d01.jpg][attachment=27521:freddy_d02.jpg] |
