I member when gas was $0.39/litre... now I know a litre is smaller then a gallon but damn those were the days... it use to cost me $34.00 CDN to fill up my car... now its damn near $65.00

I dont think people are complainning... more so stating a fact... granted the cost of living increase... ie... cable bills, phone bills... everything goes up...

if I could add to that...elctric bill, mouse traps, gas bill, cell phone bill, groceries, mortgage/rent, roach spray, internet access, excise tax, car insurance, car payment, property insurance, federal taxes, state taxes, health insurance...it all adds up, I don;t need to pay ten dollars per day to get back and forth from my job flipping burgers...and none of this shit is a joke, I just went shopping and bought four rolls of toilet paper for 99 cents and it feels like i am wiping my ass with yesterday\'s newspaper. the only reason i bought the toilet paper is because i was having a guest come over and i was embarrassed to have her use tissues.
by the way WHAT THE FUCK IS A LITRE?
