I\'m on my way to being hired to work for Cox cable in our area and I\'m required to take the Hogan Personality Test on Monday morning. Do any of you have any info (other than what a google search would provide) on it? Anyone here ever taken it?
The Human Resources Recruiter tells me that the test has proven a lot of potential employees unfit for the job. Hmmm...any thoughts on this?

The best thing you could possibly do, is make sure youre dressed properly, pack a lunch, a flask of coffee/soup.
And head out into Pittsburgh with yer camera and take lots of lovely photos on locations for me!!!!!Smile

The test was pretty much what I was told it would be...a bunch of seemingly repetitive questions that would indicate if I was social, a party boy, confident, etc. The HR rep told me the results will be in today and she\'ll call me with the news.
