you need to get this little tool, I\'m not sure what it\'s called, sometimes rivet packs come with one packed in it. It\'s a little metal circle a little bit smaller then a quarter. One side is flat and one side is concave. You use that to squeeze the rivets together so that you dont dent up the rivet. Those marks are from the type of pliers you\'re using to pop them together.

I\'ll dig around and see if I can find one, if I can I\'ll send it to you.

Either that or maybe it\'s the kind of rivet you\'re using.

yeah what I used to do(with hockey masks) is take a strip of leather and put it over the rivit then pop them toghter that way there wont be any marks on tyhe top of the rivit

but yeah looks pretty damn good

The copper pieces also look far too red.

Thanks for all the sugestions guys but I figured out my problem everytime I were to attach the armatures to the back plate I would put the post with the cap attached from the bottom. Somehow I have been doing this for all my gloves but I just reversed it on the back plate and there you go its all good check the pics big differance. Oh and the copper color is not as red as it seems its just the light and my old junk of a camera.
