It is an already painted part 3 horror concepts Hockey Mask that I want to make the top narrower. I have shaped hockey masks before but my question is if I heat it up will it damage the paintjob? A few passes over the Hockey Mask (try the back first) about 6 inches away and you\'ll feel the Hockey Mask start to become pliable enough to shape. Do it near a sink so when you get the shape you want you can hit it with some cold water to help set it. D-bach\'s blow dryer idea may be a little better as it\'s not as hot as a heat gun.
