There are many variations of Tourettes also. I had a friend in college who had the disease and he would always mock coughs and sneezes. And I mean perfectly.... one day I played a joke on him in class and would cough a few times just to see him do it. Then I went in w/ the machine gun cough ... he wasn\'t fooled a bit LOL - couldn\'t quite make that one out. He has a good sense of humor fortunately.
