No, there were six plastic gloves and six metal gloves used in the movie. The plastic ones were used when close proximity with the actors was needed. I guess neca could\'ve used one of the plastic ones though.

They stated that they made molds from one of the production gloves which is entirely possible then they just mass produced them in resin.

the gloves that were " plastic" were onlt plastic blades the rest was copper
