Pc Temp - VF 31 - 12-18-2006 for you PC guys out there....i was always curious to know if my pc is in a decent state of temp....i worry sometimes its too hot and my fans just arent doing a good enough job.....but i dont have any money right now to upgrade to water cooling or anything....are these temps normal? or should i worry GPU core temp 56c ambient temp 37c Pc Temp - krazedkilla - 12-18-2006 It all depends on the make of the Processor, GPU, etc etc. Sometimes having a powerful power supply 500W can only add to the temp of the PC. If your cpu is running to hot your computer most likely would freeze up alot of the times. I\'ve read in an article (think cnet) that most graphics cards can run up to 60 C and not have a problem and it\'s also not that great to have it cold either. Try typing up CPU GPU Temperatures you should be bound to come up with something. Also be sure to dust the fans and the computer ever once in awhile, it can get real dirty as well as the fans not being blocked by anything. Running the comp while the fans are facing a wall isn\'t to great either. Pc Temp - VF 31 - 12-18-2006 thanks for the tips |
