If you want a good one.... get an artist to do custom appliances. Foam latex masks are usually custom.

hmmmm interesting who can do that? and how much do they usually cost?

peek a boo!

K, here\'s the dilly.
In order to make a foam appliance you first need a head cast to sculpture on, just like you would start a normal latex mask. Then you ....
sculpture a full one piece over the head foam latex appliance. Then make the mold. Best material is either dental stone or silicone with a stone jacket. Once the stone has set you need some bleeder holes drilled in so you dont end up with air pockets. You need keys in the stone mold and the life cast you sculpted on so the mold can be placed back on the life cast once its been cleaned. Then you need to mix up a batch of foam latex ( you need a \'spray booth\' or a well ventilated area ) and inject it into the mold. Clamp together, bake it in an industrial oven and then crack the door and let it sit there till cooled.
There are other ways to do this that require multiple molds, castings and more molds but its too much to get into.. But you get the general idea.
A custom make up job like this will run somewhere in the nieghborhood of 5 grand. Thats if the artist is in your area.
