A Special Thanks To Savage - liquidaluminum - 07-13-2007
Just wanted to drop a quick line and give major props to Savage here on the boards. He had made a thread asking if anyone was interested in custom plaques for some of their pieces. I provided a list of 9 different items that I needed plaques for desperately and was willing to pay for every one of them *obviously*. When I sent him my list of stuff I only asked that he please just tell me how much he wanted for them so I could send him payment. Savage messaged me back, not only telling me that there was no charge for the plaques but that he would have them done with in 24 hours. Not only did he deliver in a big way, but he had these back out to me witih litterally 2 hours...every single one of them...done.It's people like Savage that make me happy to be a collector and he's the kind of person that I would be more than willing to go out of my way to help. I only hope that some time we're able to do business with each other on a larger level. I don't normally go out of my way to make an independent post to give someone props (no pun intended) but when someone goes that far out of their way to help someone that they've never met, for no reason other than just the sake of doing it...I figure they deserve it.
