I bought this about a year ago on ebay. Not sure about much about who made it. It is plastic, the straps while leather was used, are not complete. The rest of a strap can be added to the leather that is there pretty easily. I would think a few rivets and some leather or nylon straps and you would be good. Let me know if you are interested.
