A guy that I know owns an industrial screen making company and hooked me up with a huge roll of it. If you're interested in it I've got a family pictures thread in off topic somewhere with my Jason Gear on and the eyes are screened. It does an amazing job of blocking others from seeing your eyes, while giving you maximum visibility all around. If you're interested in some I can sell you enough to screen the entire mask (I chose to do the all of the holes plus my eyes on some of my masks) and you can cut it to fit yourself, or if you would like it pre-cut I can do that too.If you're interested it would be priced as follows:Uncut: $10.00 plus $3.00 shippingCut to fit: $15.00 plus $3.00 shippingUnfortunately I cannot provide anything for you to adhere the screen to the mask however I highly recommend the following. On mine I use two things dependant on what the mask is going to be used for. If it's on display such as being on an undermask then I use plain old masking tape, so if at some point I choose to, then I can remove very easily. If I want to keep it on a mask that I'm wearing with a costume I use hot glue so I can still take it off with a little work, but the moisture of my breath does not effect it.Let me know if you're interested,Joseph

Yeah, that sounds cool. I'll think about it some and keep you updated. I'll go look for the pics as well.

I used to cut out black mesh from clothes, pantyhose, and screens, then attach it to my masks via velcro in case I wanted to take them off. However these days it is a lot easier to just buy those black "faceless" hoods Walmart right now for $3.00. I love them, and you really cannot see in at all! You can cut out the mouth and nose for better breathing, but I just leave it all intact so that I do not have to paint my skin dark, or worry about cold weather. These hoods are perfect to wear under an undermask.<img src=\"http://www.halloween-masks.com/morris2005/invisible_gauze_fw8910.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Wow, that's a great idea. Thank you. I wish I would have read that a year ago. Nothing against liquidaluminum, it just would have saved us both some trouble I think. lol.

Thanks, yeah I cut out the mesh which has two layers, and is easier to see if you separate them. I then glued 4 little Velcro squares in my mask, then attached the other piece of Velcro to the cut out mesh. So then I can attach and detach the mesh as needed. Some glue them on or tape them on, but I prefer my method.

I was thinking of buying the mask and wearing it under my under mask like you said you've done before. What do you think? I like the mask you posted. I checked for some others, but that is the best one I've seen. Granted, it's the most pricy but you get what you pay for. But I am worried that the mask might be too big, or that I'll have trouble getting the under mask on. I have a hard enough time as it is getting it on without a mask. I have semi-long hair too, so it hurts like hell when I put it on, but it's worth the pain.

Jason Blank Eyes - sirbrad - 08-18-2008

I have a huge head, although shaved low usually, and the mesh masks fit and stretch well. Bu tthe added layer is hotter and could make the undermask tighter. I prefer as less on my head as possible as the undermasks/hoods are hot enough, and I even cut holes for ventilation. You could also cut everything away except the eyes, or sort of create a mesh blindfold to tie around your head. But vision is better if the mesh is attached to the Hockey Mask.

I have a big head too. So it should be interesting. Or perhaps painful is a better word. I'm either going to wear the mask so I can have the black blank eyes or this fake latex Jason eye. Problem with that is I have to wear it like a patch and it will be very hard to see. If I go with the mask however, not only will I be able to see...but I won't have to wear make-up that night either, and usually because I am sweating so much...the make-up slowly starts coming off. So it's either be blind and have my make-up slowly sweat off me, or be hot as hell in a tight mask.Ahh, the joys of being Jason. lol. I actually bought both online and plan to compare the two and get opinions as to what is more scary and realistic. Heck, both might not look as good as I am hoping and I may end up selling them both and sticking to my usual look. Or one will look better then the other and I can sell whatever doesn't work out which is what I am hoping for.In regards of the mask, I'll probably have to cut off those long light tan strings about the mask because I don't want them to be seen, and yeah cutting even more off to make it a bit more comfy might be a good idea as well.
