So I Bought A Machete - KillerFX - 10-15-2007

I recently bought a cool looking machete at a local gun show for $3.00. I changed the shape of the handle, and repainted it. It had nice rusting on both sides and now I think it's time to bloody it up a bit. I found a good way to make fake blood that stays wet looking but dry, and I was wondering what other people's methods were. I also am looking for suggestions on maybe some fake fake flesh or hair to put on it.What techniques do you guys use? Or leave it alone?

So the permanent blood mixture that I used here is 5 Minute Epoxy from Lowes. It's just a two part mixture with red and blue food coloring. I tried a few different methods, but I liked how this dried on my test knife. LOL But it dried hard as a rock and still looks wet. Easy to mix too.Open to suggestions still and any help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. Being right before Halloween, you think I should put this knife on eBay for a starting price of $100.00. Just kidding, I'm entertaining myself. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" />

Then you put it onto the blade and as it dries you can push it around with your brush to get different effects or you can just leave it be and it will dry like dripping blood. Thanks Unique!!
