New Sideshow Jason - JOEY - 10-31-2007 Sideshow's Spooktacular is still going on and I was hoping for them to release either a Part 5 or 8 12" figure. Or atleast something New Line Horror related. They just put this up for presale today.Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood Scream Scenehttp://www.sideshowtoy.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi?item=7325 New Sideshow Jason - sirbrad - 10-31-2007 <!--quoteo(post=243739:date=Oct 31 2007, 04:36 PM:name=JOEY)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE(JOEY @ Oct 31 2007, 04:36 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
<div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quotecSideshow's Spooktackular is still going on and I was hoping for them to release either a Part 5 or 8 12" figure. I love part 7 obviously, and 6 as well. I will be getting this. Could also be called a part 6 "end" or part 7 "beginning." <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" /> Thanks for the post! New Sideshow Jason - IbDaToNeGuY - 10-31-2007 not that crazy about the pose on him but it still looks like a great piece . i'd like to see more angles and see if the Hockey Mask comes off . yeah a part 8 of him would be awesome either when he lifts the Hockey Mask up to show the punks , or in the sewer when he spits up the water , or just in times square staring at the 2 teens by the railing of the stairs to go in the subway .mike, New Sideshow Jason - sirbrad - 10-31-2007 Can you get Polystone Diorama wet? I just thought of a cool display. I would place the figure inside a bubbling aquarium, or jar of water, and maybe add some stones and throw in a mini camp crystal lake sign, as well as moss and other accessories. New Sideshow Jason - sirbrad - 10-31-2007 There is more pics and angles on the website. I like the pose, as the arms are raised just like that in the opeing sequence. I think it is overpriced, but worth it to a diehard fan like myself. I would say a better price of about $50.00 would sell a lot more and make more money in the long run. Not sure though how long of difficult they are to produce. New Sideshow Jason - JOEY - 10-31-2007 Their other Scream Scene was the same price, Freddy vs Jason. There is a little Camp Crystal Lake sign at the bottom.... WOuld look pretty cool in a tank man, but can't imagine it would be good to do that lol. who knows New Sideshow Jason - IbDaToNeGuY - 10-31-2007 could always put it inside one of those things like that stuff people sell candles of say the ocean floor with bubbles all around it . maybe it's gel <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"unsure.gif\" /> but then i've seen some models that use a clear material to replicate water . so maybe you could use that as well but it gets really hard and if you put that inside a fishtank i'm sure it'd get really heavymike, New Sideshow Jason - dougie - 10-31-2007 I saw this yesterday its pretty cool, I might have to preorder one. It would look great with the FVJ one. New Sideshow Jason - Fang - 10-31-2007 That thing rocks, I would love to have that in a fish tank. This thing is 16" tall -base to the top of Jason's head, would take a lot of that candle gel, but as long as it doesn't somehow damage the sculpture/paint, it would look awesome. |
