Just curious as to how you handle ordering from someone who takes 6-8 weeks to make a mask? Most want Paypal, in which you only have like 45 days to file a claim I believe, and you would not be protected for a longer term I assume? I am sure most just take a chance, but what if someone sticks you? Could using a credit card be better through Paypal to be protected longer? I do a lot of research before ordering from someone, and gauge reputations etc, but was just wondering how most order or handle this situation. I would rather have the security knowing that I am protected though just in case, as apposed to waiting years and never seeing nothing for such a hefty price.

I always use a credit card. It's bad to say because there are a lot of good people in this hobbie. But getting screwed is becoming the norm. So, stick with the credit card.

Use a CC through paypal to be completely safe. At least then you have a year to dispute it and CC companies do not play around. The only downside to this is that paypal is known to freeze accts if you go through your CC company and a chargeback is filed. Paypal wants you to do everything through them... including giving them all your money.

That is what I suspected. If Paypal wants that they better increase the duration to file a claim. I know there are still a lot of good makers out there, but I just want have the security knowing I won't get screwed over for such expensive pieces. I learn from other's bad experiences before I go through with it all myself.
