That's blood oxygen, right??Total sleep time was 357.5 minutesI'm going in the morning to talk to the Dr and, I guess, get fitted for a CPAP or BiPAPWhat am I in for? Anyone have to wear a CPAP?

I've had some family members who have worn them. It's a little cumbersome at first, but they were used to it in about 2 weeks.

My best friend liam has it..when he'd sleep over here, i'd hear him literally stop breathing for like 5 seconds, then gasp for air and make a weird noise.

my father in law has sleep apnea and wears an big oxygen type mask to bed at night. He said its very uncomfortble for about a week and then you just get use to it.

I have an uncle that has to wear the mask. He said the sleep is worth it.
