I WEAR A 7 3/4 HAT SIZE. I HAVE A HUGE GOURD.IT FITS ME PERFECTLY BUT STILL COMFORTABLE.I WOULD SAY ITS A 25.NOT MANY NOGGINS OUT THERE BIGGER THAN MINE. EVERYTHING I BUY FOR MY HEAD HAS TO BE XL.
