Question - shadowmyst - 08-27-2008 I'll use an example for this, say for instance one wanted to create a Freddy sculpt. How would you be able to re-create the burns in the exact same size as seen in most of the movies? You have no way of telling how big or small the burns are without actually seeing them in person, am I right? Or is it just alot of estimating? Thanks Question - Ol#39; Chop Top - 08-27-2008 Artists do this all the time. You know how they'll hold up there brush, or pencil with there tongue sticking out from the corner of there mouth with one eye sqinted? Well it's because they're measuring shit as they're drawing to make sure everything is in perportion. For example. Say you want to measure how big a burn would be on freddies face, well measure the length of his eye and then compare that lenght to that burn. It's a long process but it works. Hope this makes sense hehe. |
