It seems to be common place nowadays to get cheated online.Over the years I have dealt with some real scammers witha serious lack of integrity.Personally the most I have been scammed for at one time was $75 on a eBay purchase.I have a friend who I purchased a " Gone In 60 Seconds " theater standee for $300 via eBay and the seller stole his cash. What are some of your online horror stories?

Well.. this isn't a huge amount but right now I'm fighting to either get the item I paid for or the money back. I paid $45 on eBay for a latex Freddy left hand and it's been two weeks and no item and no contact from the seller. I am also waiting for receive an item from a direct transaction that I paid for over a month ago for $150. Was told it would be mailed last week and I haven't heard from him in nearly a week. I won't mention who it is because he's normally really reliable but has been going through some tough times lately.

i got burned on an ebay purchase a couple years ago for $400. i bought a digitech studio processor and had to file a claim since 5 weeks went by with out any item, or any contact from the seller. after i finally recieved the item it didnt even work. the shitty part of it is the seller had 100% FB, and about a week after i paid for the item all kinds of people started leaving neg feedback for items not recieved.......go figure.
