Personally, pt 1 is the best due to the distinct realism that Hooper was trying to get across. some parts look as if you were in the movie and the low budget aspect only added to the horror of making it more real than reality. I think the new ramake sucked. As with the past few horror epic remakes, i think classics should be left classics and people need to create new ideas....

I really didn\'t think there was even a choice! The original was by far the best in my opinion....everything else just falls short....kinda like the Halloween movies.

there was a bit more action in the remake, but bubba looked way better in the 1st movie, also the acting by Gunner Hansen cant be beating.
