They should give you a reason...I dont think they just cancel listings for no reason. When they canceled my listing for a freddy glove I had up, they sent me a email.

Ebay cancelled my account because it said I had fees that I didnt pay, which I know as a fact I paid... It even confirmed that I sent the payment and showed the charge on the debit card i used...

My ebay fee's were only 10 cents, which I paid and they still wouldn't let me come back. Said "suspicious activity" and wanted a bunch of utility bill statements and shit. I wish there was a better place than ebay for this.
