hey Guys i need to apply mod podge to a shirt to give it a wet look.....but whats the best tecnik to apply it?? and how many water i need to mix with it?Hope somebody can help me....thanks ALEX.

Do you have an airbrush? You thin it down with water until you get the consistency of milk.....Or you could use a sponge and not water it down that much.....let it soak into the fabric. Once that dries and if it's not as shinny as you'd like, sponge some more on using less water.

I was just outside using Podge on a shirt. Make sure you put it on evenly or you will get spots.
